Child Find Program

This program provides early identification and referral to services in the community for young children. Through this program, children may receive home visits from one of our staff to provide growth and development guidance or they may be referred to other programs or services. 

Our program is provided at no cost to the family.

Parents, schools, agencies, and organizations can refer children to the Child Find program. Call our office to learn more about the referral process.
