In accordance with Section 25.18(c-1) of the New York State Mental Hygiene Law, this report outlines how opioid settlement funds directly received by Schuyler County were utilized during the reporting year. These funds were received from entities other than the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS).
In 2024, Schuyler County did not expend any opioid settlement funds and remains committed to developing a comprehensive plan to utilize these resources in a manner that best serves the community and its residents.
