• Medicaid is a program designed to help individuals pay for their medical care or to help pay for insurance premiums. You may be eligible for medical assistance if you meet income, resource, age, disability, and other requirements.
  • Learn more about income and resource levels at NYS Dept. of Health - Medicaid.
Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic we are asking that ALL Medicaid Clients:

  • Use either the USPO or the Drop Box located in front of the Human Service Complex Front to deliver any/all paperwork.
  • Monthly spend downs can be mailed.
  • If copies are needed, there will be a machine set up in the lobby.
  • If you want to submit originals, we will copy and send them back to you.
  • We will not be taking anything in person until further notice.
Thank you for your patience.
